Q: I'm trying to purchase but it says I already have a pending transaction for that product what should I do?
A: The system only allows for one pending transaction to be created for purchasing an item. Should you want to change your method of payment or adjust your purchase in some way you need to login to your account in the ICARUS SEP which can be accessed at http://my.icarus.edu.au you will then be able to complete or cancel your transacction.

Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: All prices on the site are quoted in Australian Dollars. To find out the cost in your local currency you can use a number of online currency converters such as www.xe.com

Q: May I purchase with a cheque, money order or bank draft?
A: If you are uncomfortable giving your details online or over the telephone you may purchase by cheque, money order or bank draft. Simply purchase the product normally and press 'checkout'. Once you reach the payment option section, select cheque, money order or bank draft. Please send your payment ASAP. If we do not receive your payment within 7 working days, your transaction will become cancelled and you may run the risk of missing a place at your preferred clinic.

Q: Is online payment secure?
A: We use eway (www.eway.com.au) as our payment merchant. Eway is highly secure and is supported by Australia's leading banks including St George, ANZ, CBA and NAB. All transactions are 128 bit encrypted the highest form of commercially available encryption for your protection.

Q: How do I pay online?
A: To purchase one of the ICARUS College products online, you need to register with the website. Once you have registered, click on the courses link to browse our range of products. Once you have selected the product you wish to buy, press the 'purchase' button. This will add the item to the shopping bag. All you need to do now is press the 'purchase' button and follow the instructions!

Q: Are your prices inclusive of GST?
A: Yes all products and clinics purchased at medical-entrance.com.au are inclusive of GST.
