Q: How do I get started
A: Once you have purchased your product or course you will receive an email which contains all the instructions on how to get started.

These can also be accessed by logging into the  ICARUS SEP and clicking on the getting started link on your home page.

Q: I have changed my email address what should I do?
A: If you happen to change your email address then you can login to the website and change it in the records simply by going to the "Change Details" panel which can be found under the "My Admin Panel" page. Simply then fill in the new email address in the form and enter it again in the confirm box once this is done you will be able to login with the new email address.

Q: How long before I receive the products I purchased?
A: All materials and resources that come with the products purchased at ICARUS College are all electronic based documents on the Learning Management System and in the case of SuperKeenEye a software program. There are no paper based documents with these purchases. After purchase you commence immediately doing training and move through the units associated with your course and onto the Learning Management System including our famous SuperKeenEye software.

Q: How much practice should I do for UMAT Section 3 (Spatial Puzzles)?
A: We recommend a minimum of 10-12 hours using the special training program SuperKeenEye.

Q: What skills applicable to UMAT does the Course in Preparation for Studies in Health Sciences teach?

Units of competency are taught sequentially in your Course in Preparation for Studies in Health Sciences. The knowledge taught in these units and ICARUS methods have gotten over 3,000 students into medicine, dentistry and the Health Sciences via UMAT ie They work! Adhere to them strictly for the best possible results.

Please enure you do "all" the steps and tasks along the way. Do not ask to do "units out of sequence." This formal course is highly structured for your best possible outcome and deviations from the structure are neither advised nor acceptable.

Q: Are all the materials taught, up to date?
A: Yes.  After every annual UMAT test we obtain, collate and analyse feedback from many UMAT test takers and modify our materials to reflect changing trends.  Also a team member sits UMAT to ascertain current changes in testing trends.We also receive comprehensive feedback from hundreds of students all over Australia and New Zealand.
